How do we help
Fishwicks is a family company, established in 1967. The business was developed by John and Valerie Fishwick and then, more recently, by their two daughters, Jayne and Kate.
The Fishwicks team is made up of the four family directors, four other funeral directors, three funeral arrangers, two coffin manufacturers and a number of driver/bearers who are available to support.
Working with a local funeral directors like Fishwicks should be all about shared family values, calm and careful service and an invisible attention to detail that gives you all the reassurance you need.
Fishwicks Funeral Services, based at Beetham near Milnthorpe, is at the heart of what we do but we also have Chapels of Rest in Kendal and in Bowness-on-Windermere and we operate both the Beetham Hall Crematorium and the Eden Valley Crematorium at Temple Sowerby.
Our Funeral Services tend to concentrate on the South Lakeland area from Grasmere down to Carnforth and from Grange-over-Sands across to Kirkby Lonsdale and we work with neighbouring undertakers and funeral companies to provide the best service possible to our local communities.
